Hi, I’m Ella (they/them)

Three years ago I hit rock bottom and realized I had no idea who I was or where I was going. I was lost gathering all of my validation from external sources, engaging in activities that did not align with my values, and overall drowning in dissatisfaction. The pandemic hit, and I finally reached a point where I said “I can’t live like this anymore” and decided to commit fully to my healing journey. After a year of coaching myself into self-loving practices, I realized I wanted to share my love and wisdom with others in a more intentional way.

I have a BA with an emphasis in psychology and sociology as well as a Holistic Life Coach and Mind-Body Practitioner certification. I have spent the past six years working with system impacted youth and young adults as a mentor, coach and counselor. I have worked in juvenile prisons, group homes, job training centers and high schools. Through this work I have gained an awareness of a variety of human experiences as well as systemic oppression at the hands of white patriarchal conditioning. Although I am non-binary, I recognize to the larger society I am perceived as a white woman and therefore allotted the same privileges. I take this awareness with me into my sessions and inform my work with antiracist principles.
